water will condense at frst beacuse if u can see the roult law statement , then its clearly mentioned their ./ the polarity value of water is more than that of the benzene .
benzene are having very strong bond among them than water , so, condensation will be problem for them .
but water have simple hydrogen bonding between them , so, they will condensate first than benzene . HOPE IT CLEARS
