The rate of reaction can be increased using a catalyst , manganese(IV) oxide. When manganese(IV) oxide is added to hydrogen peroxide, bubbles of oxygen are given off. To make oxygen in the laboratory, hydrogen peroxide is poured into a conical flask containing some manganese(IV) oxide

Dear student
Here is the solution of your second question.
Synthetic urea is created from synthetic ammonia and carbon dioxide and can be produced as a liquid or a solid.Urea is naturally produced when the liver breaks down protein or amino acids, and ammonia. The kidneys then transfer the urea from the blood to the urine.
Good Luck.
