Try to divide all the chapters in groups or sections and then start from day 1.
to attend one section wghole day.
Do it till a week.
In the starting of next week start analyzing sample papers .
Well NCERT books are enough to score well in Boards i recommend U to go thoroughly with it and learn all the conceps as well.
And the most important thing that PRACTICE PRACTICE AND PRACTICE.
 
And PEC university is a very well maintatined and highly qualified b tech college in whole Punjab.
But U can consider Thapar University as well.
in terms of Placements.
