first find the conjugate base of that particular organic compound then the one with the most stable conjugate base will have the most acidic hydrogen.

There are actually four factors responsible for stability
1.atom of which hydrogen is there
2.resonance
3.inductive effect
4.orbital
These are given in the required order and using these we find stability of conjugate base of the acid and check how acidic is that particular hydrogen.
