12 alpha hydrogen
as 4 sp3 hybridised carbon ( ie CH3-- group) is attached to 2 sp2 hybridised carbon or carbon attached to double bond ,and each sp3 carbon contain 3 alpha hydrogen then total alpha hydrogen = 4x3 =12 .
or you can say that 12 hydrogen is attached to allylic carbon (hydrogen attached to allylic carbon are called alpha hydrogen).
