an assymetrric atom is a carbon atom that is attached to four diffrent types of atoms ,or group of atoms . 
so, as far as 1,2 – dimethyl cyclohexane is considered , then there is  0 assymettric carbon . no carbon is having 4 diffrent group . 
and as far as 3- methyl cyclopentane is considered then the answer will also be  0 . beacuse non of the carbon do have assymetricity .
