Histamine is a chemical produced and stored within the body. It is a part of our immune response and is released during an allergic reaction.

histamin causes allergy. when ever some external agents come to our body our immune system cheaks it out. and our wbc named basophil and must cells investigate that item if they found it harmful then they releases histamin which causes the destruction of that item and causes inflametion and swelling to remove it out from our body. the inflamation and swelling along with redness along with flow of mucus is known as allergy. so hisamin causes allergy

Histamines are chemicals released by the mast cells within our body, causing allergic reactions(and inflammation).
Antihistamines are  used to inhibit histamines reduce inflammation cause due to these allergies
