Since C-H bond and C-D bond have equal ease of cleavage, all the six carbon atoms have equal chances of nitration, that is every carbon has 1/6th chance. Since there are two meta postions to C-D, the chance of meta deutero nitrobenzene is 2/6 or 1/3 or 33.33%
