Acidity of a compound is measured by the ionisation energy as well as stability of conjugate base. Since in both the cases ionisation energy is same, so here the measuring factor is stability of conjugate base, in fluoroacetic acid the conjugate base is more stabilised due high inductive effect of fluorine compared to iodine, which is least electronegative of halogen series. This is why fluoacetic acid is more acidic than iodoacetic acid.
