Molecular mass od Hydrated oxalic acid is  63 g/equiv.
Normality of Hydrted oxalic acid is : weight of oxalc acid / Equivalent weight * 1000 /v 
=> 1.26/63 * 1000/500
=> 0.04gmol/ltr
