Base attack on para position to the OTs group,as a result deprotonation occur . In second step negative charge undergoes resonance with double bond and removed good leaving group,we get benzene .answer (c)

Among the answers,(d) is impossible to form in this reaction.
 
If EtOacts as a nucleophile, both (a) and (b) can form. 
 
But in this reaction, the driving force for major product is stability by resonance. Both (a) and (b) don’t fulfil that criteria. Only (c) – benzene does. EtO thus acts as a base (not nucleophile here) and removes the H from “para position”  and  after “doule bond shifts” yields the stable benzene as major product.
