This is not a question in organic chemistry - this is physical chemistry! Solutions, to be more specific. Refer to colligative properties, you will find your answer. Elevation of boiling point is phenomenon observed when any non volatile solute is dissolved in a solvent.

boiling point.we know the collagative properties are the properties which depends upon the no of molecules present in the solution. as we add 1 mol of glucose i.e 6.023 *10^23 molecules thus the boiling point increases.
