You have asked a very good question.
All the living and non-living objects are made up of the fundamental particles atoms, molecules and sub atomic particles. In a living organism, these atoms and molecules come together in a very complex way to create a continually running system. In our body, millions of atoms and molecules react continually to us alive. And the day they stop reaction, we are dead!
So we can say that we are living, made up of nonliving atoms and molecules.
