Explanation:

in symmetrical alkane have same atoms or groups of a single bond . same as in symmetrical alkene same atoms or groups of a triple bond . ... but in unsymmetrical alkane ,alkene ,alkyne have different atoms or groups of its sinle ,double and triple bonds

A symmetrical alkene is an alkene in whose molecule the doubly bonded carbons bear the same ligands An unsymmetrical alkene is an alkene in whose molecule the pair of ligands on one doubly bonded carbon is different from that on the other
