Difference between caranion and carbene?Both contain negative charge but how are therse two different

No, both are not containing negative charge.
Carbanion is nucleophile since its containing negative charge but carbene is electrophile since C has only 6 electrons in its outermost shell and therefore is short of 2 electrons and hence an electrophile.
