The order is B>D>C>A
The reason  for B being most stable is the direct transfer of lone pair of N to the carbonation.this type of resonance is considered to be most stable one bcz of the direct transfer of e-rich lone pair to the positive charge.then D ,this is bcz the positive charge is stabilised by the +I effect and hyperconhugation by 3 methyl groups.then C bcz is stabilised by +I effect and hyperconjugationof 2 methyl groups.lastly A bcz of +I effectvand hyperconjugation of only one methyl group.
To check the stability we have to apply the various effects like inductive ,resonance etc according to their strength.
