Chlroacidic acid is 100times stronger than acitic acid

The conjugate base of chloroacetic acid and acetic acid have O(-) ion. In chloroacetic acid it is highly stabilized by O resonance and -I effect of Cl whereas acetic acid is destabilised by +I effect of methyl group. The more stronger the conjugate base the more stronger the acid
