Hy Nitin The 1st compound is more basic than 2nd one as tertiary compound has more sterric hindrance than secondary... SO secondary methyl amine is more basic than tertiary methyl amine... And we know basic character is inversely proportional to PKb value.. SO PKb value of tertiary is more than secondary... Hope U like it
