for organic chemistry , frst of all start with ncert , take your time , but read ncert first , it explains each and every mechanism correctly with best illustration .. 
and alongwith that u can refer , to ORGANIC CHEMISTRY BY MORRISION OR BOYD / ORGANIC CHEMISTRY BY PEARSON PUBLICATION . 
within these two follow only one but completely u need to cover that ,
