As you are telling, that by increasing one neutron size of atom increases. But the neutrons are increasing inside the nucleus of the cell which is fermi meter. Then how you can tell that deuterium have big size????

increasing the size of nucleus also causes increase in the radius of orbits of electron . we know that nutron and proton interchanges theor position. so we can assume that the increased size of nucleus is positively charged and equivalenrt to a protone because the interchange happens very quick and continously. according to bohrs model we can say that electron must have to maintain a certain distance from the positive charge to make the atom stable. thats why radius of orbit increases and the size also increases
