Dear student ...answer would be (3). When two activating groups are present then the final product will be According to group having more +M effect , In first compound +M effect of NH2 group is more so addition of chlorine would be at para position of NH2...When an activating and deactivating group both are present then major product will be according to the group which has +M effect so , In second compound major product would be at para position of OH.....With Regards ...Mahima....(AskIITians forum expert )
