By definition Lewis acids accept electron pair, whereas a nucloephile tends to donate electron pairs and hence is a Lewis Base. And quite obviously, nucleophiles therefore attack regions with low electron density. I think you have confused the definitions.

Plz read the qstn carefully ,Arnab, it has asked which is incorrect!!Then as per your definition it should be 3rd , right????????

I`m so sorry Mukhesh. Yes it should be third no doubt. The answer is provided wrong. Nucleophiles are anything but Lewis acids.
