Dipole Moment of Covalent Compounds directly depends on 2 factors: Charge on the Electro-negative Element (More is the charge, more will be the Dipole moment) Distance (More is the Bond Distance between the elements, more will be the Dipole moment)
Floro benzene has heigher dipole moment.
