when the optically active isomers are the mirror images of each other then they are called as enantiomers like the R and S form of the same molecule.
when the stereoisomers of the same compounds that are not the mirror images of each other. like a meso form and 2 other forms of tartaric acid.
so, here 1and 2 are enantiomers and (1,3) and (2,3) are diasteriomers.
