when the optically active isomers are the mirror images of each other then they are called as enantiomers like the R and S form of the same molecule.

when the stereoisomers of the same compounds that are not the mirror images of each other. like a meso form and 2 other forms of tartaric acid.

so, here 1and 2 are enantiomers and (1,3) and (2,3) are diasteriomers.

1. (natural) tartaric acid
L-(+)-tartaric acid
dextrotartaric acid

2. D-(-)-tartaric acid
levotartaric acid

3. mesotartaric acid
