Hi neha,
according to me phenol must be more acidic than ethanol because phenoxide ion is stabilised by resonance over complete ring of benzene whereas in ehanol case, due to +I effect of ethyl group the anion formed will me less stable

of course phenol is more acidic than ethanol......due to resonance
Compared to aliphatic alcohols, phenol is about 1 million times more acidic!
