it should probably be 3-chloro-3-phenylprop-1-ene...

it is actually a rearrangement reaction, where AlCl3 acts as a Lewis Acid, taking the Cl(-) ion with it, thus forming a allylic carbocation. in the resonance hybrid of this intermediate the + charge is more on the benzylic carbon so, Cl(-) now acts as a nucleophile and attacks the benzylic carbon to form the product..
