Benzylic carbocation
will be more stable as it''s carbon has positive charge which enhances the rule of carbon on benzene as carbon behaves as electropositive element
while carbon bearing negative charge will opposes it''s electropositivity!

benzylic carbanion,
as phenly ring acts as a electron withdrawing group and hence stabilses the second one inductively and destabilises the carbocation one.
CAUTION:
RESONANCE STABILISATION ENRGY IS SAME IN MAGNITUDE FOR BOTH OF THEM
