How can we just know, the isoelectric point of particular polypeptide bond compound by just seeing it,s structure if the "PH" of the solution in which it is kept is given? Please give a very brief but proper explanation.

We can not predict the isoelectric point of any amino acid or other related group by just seeing it. Every molecule has it characteristic isoelectric point which you have to memorize.
