In aq.solution,solvation effect of amines come into play
The solvation of primary and secondary ammonium ion is more than those of tertiary amines.Hence the tertiary amines becomes less acidic.
The order becomes

(CH3)2)NH > CH3NH2 > (CH3)3N > NH3
