flourine has max electronegativity so min electropositivity....

Nitrogen is least electropositive element in the respective group.

Since electronegativity increases going down to top in the respective group.

The one which has more electronegativity has less electropositivity. Since Fluorine is the most electronegative halogen therefore it is the least electropositive halogen
