Yes. NCERT books for chemistry are more than enough to solve all the problems in Chemistry in AIEEE.

The Portions for AIEEE Examination are the same as the Class 12 portions so you would have no problem in adapting to the pattern of AIEEE and making a transition from board examination to the AIEEE Examination.

I want you to be strong in every concept especially in Physical & Organic Chemistry because they are easy scoring in AIEEE ...solve a lot of problems because in AIEEE it is speed that matters the most.

So take time & spend your valuable time with your NCERT books & Im sure that you will crack the AIEEE 2012 Examination for sure.
