 As the degree of  \unsaturation is 0, the compound has no pi bonds in it....

The above are all the possible ether structures of the given compound and the one marked has a chiral center(marked in blue)...Hence,the compd with that mol formula has 1 Enantiomeric pair or 2 optically active isomers.
