This is a very direct question which you can get in any standard book. Please refer them.

We can answer better if some-one posts specific questions related to their doubts. It would not be realistic to explain in full detail about optical isomerism on a forum like this.

 

For a start you can refer Morrison and Boyd - Organic Chemistry. Everything is clearly explained.
