There are standard rules for determining acidity, which you must have read as you say.
But there are quite a lot of exceptions to that rule as well.
It would not be possible to list all such exceptions at one place.
While solving questions, you will come across exceptions. Make note of those things in a place. It would be the best way to study it. Understand the exceptions through questions.
