Does intramolecular hydrogen bonding has any effect on acidic nature of ortho nitro phenol?

Intramolecular hydrogen bonding stablilises the acid and as such results in decrease the acidity of the o-nitro phenol.

So in this way it is less acidic than para-nitro phenol despite of the fact that -I effect is more in ortho nitro phenol.
