Dear student,

Bromo benzene is more reactive towards electrophilic substitution cause bromine is an electron pumping group due to which an resonating electron is formed in the benzene ring therefore it can easily undergo the reaction whereas in benzene it will undergo the reaction in the presence of a catalyst.
