Nucleophilicity is the phenomenon of attacking of an nucleophile on an electron deficient compounds.

Nucleophilicity increases with the increase in electronegativity. So elements which have more electro-vity are more strong nucleophile.

So you can predict the order of nucleophilicity.

"Philic" means loving. So, a nucleophile is a one which is nucleus loving. They mosty have a negative charge on them and are in need of a positive charge. A nucleophile which cannot hold the negative charge, and is in a desperate or in a more need of a positive charge is a strong nucleophile, while a nucleophile which can hold the negative charge, is a weak electrophile.

Generally, strong electronegative atoms are weak nucleophile. So, a strong nucleophile is one which is more electro-positive.

JUST SIMPLE.

STRONG BASE WEAK NUCLEOPHILE...

WEAK BASE STRONG NUCLEOPHILE BETTER LEAVING GROP............

BASIC CHARACTER DEPENDS UPON ITS ABILITY TO DONATE LONE PAIR........  IF LONE PAIR OCCURS IN CONJUGATION IT IS WEAK BASE SO STRONG NUCLEOPHILE AND STRONG LEAVING GROUP..........
