Total internal reflection is a phenomenon which is occured When a ray of light strikes the boundary of a medium at an angle greater than a particular critical angle with respect to the normal to the surface . If the ray enter from a medium of higher refractive index to a medium of lower refractive index then the ray is totally reflected.The critical angle is called the angle of incidence.
