DEAR ABHISHEK,
            CONGRATULATIONS TO GET THIS RANK AND SOME WHAT DIFFICULT TO GET IITS OR VNIT BUT IF LUCK IS THERE THEN YOU WILL BE HAPPY.

I am sorry , u cannot get good iit withis rank , but lower iit may be possible like IIT BBSR , IIT MANDI , IIT TIRUPATI , ETC ..
but u can get seat in nit , still there are some doubt as in this year josaa told no spot round councelling for nit . so, u can try your luck in josaa councelling . 
BUT , IF NOT GOT ANYTHING THEN CHECK OUT SOME PRIVATE UNIVERSITY LIKE LPU , PUNJAB , AMITY UNIVERSITY , BIT MESRA , JNTU KUKATPALLY , MNIT ALLHABAD , IIIT ALLHABAD . 
IIIT ARE ALSO GOOD , JOIN THAT IF U CAN . 
otherwise if have confidence then drop a year and prepare again .
