your question is very common among the JEE apirants ,

i want too tell you that JEE is a very different not difficult ok!

so you can''t choose the important topics as  every topic is important like in 2010 half of the chemistry portion was of chemical bonding and in 2011 it was very less so jst i want to tell you that every topic is important as if you want to be a iitian you should be extra ordinary .. to have potemtial on each and every subject.
