improvement exams problem in jee

sir i apperred for improvement exam for physics n chemistery(cleared 12 in 2010)...

i filled in my form uder the coloumn of "YEAR OF PASSING Q.E. 10+2 FOR THE FIRST TIME"...AS... appering in 2011....

this is my doubt... have i filled it correct or not
