See the marks for the topics for IIT-JEE are divided equally. So you cant predict exactly that which topic will score. If you want to crack IIT-JEE you must do every topic. Without that it is impossible to crack iit at all. How ever some topics are very less referred as PMI in maths,Solution & colligative properties in physical chem. & remember that physical chem. is more imp. than inorganic chem.
