let if the body doesn’t bend inward,
If yoy make the free ody diagram, then friction would provide centripetal force.
Since friction acts at the contact of cylist with ground, we see there is a net torque on the object which tries it to bend inwards, so that body will be in the rotational equilibrium.
 
You can the make the body inclined at angle theta with vert., balance the torque and can also find the angle of inclination.
