Dear Student,
Neutrons are comprised of quarks whose successful charge when added results to 0. Thus they have no charge.
Since neutrons are comprised of quarks and quarks have attractive snapshot of their own so they don't offset, subsequently giving a resultant attractive minute to a neutron .
Cheers!!
