when germanium and aluminium are cooled then what are the changes in the resistances?

The resistance of a metal decreases with the decrease in temperature, whereas, in case of a semiconducting material resistance increases with decreases in temperature.

Therefore, when cooled, resistance of copper decreases and resistance of germanium increases.
