your ques is for perfectly elastic or inelastic body , beacuse youngs ,modulus is valid only for elastic body and not for inelastic body .
so, in the case of elastic body the slope = tan theta , and the value will be lie anywhere between 0 and 1 ,
so, the graph will be linear here .
