What happens when earth has shrink.what is the effect on angularr momentum?? Q2.why always form white lather weather we use any type of soap??.

IF EARTH WERE TO SHRINK SUDDENLY THEN ITS MOMENT OF INERTIA WILL DECREASE.

 

BY CONSERVATION OF ANGULAR MOMENTUM ANGULAR VELOCITY WILL INCREASE

 

THEREFORE LENGTH OF THE DAY WILL DECREASE
