Sir/Mam I'm very tensed about my physics . I can't solve any physics numerical it goes like bounce for me

what problems actually u are facing while solving a physics numericals ?? 
physics is a intresting subject as far as i knows about it . 
you need some concept grasp and a proper formula as well as have a very good grasp of besic mathematics to solve this . 
for that first of all go through the besic maths chapter of any standard books like h c verma , resnick halliday etc . 
after that make sure u knows the unit conversion properly . 
after that read and understand each and every derivation of the formula , and the condition in which it needs to be applied . 
then u can solve easily ,
