Since the alpha partica and the electron have the same kinetic energies, they must have the same velocities as their mass cannot be the same.
Wavelength of the electron=h/mv.
Mass of alpha particle is four times that of an electron.
Wavelength of apha particle=h/4mv. 
Wavelength of the electron : Wavelength of apha particle =4 : 1.
