Radius of a nucleus is 2.5 Fermi. Calculate its mass number.?
Dear Deepak Please define the atom.Baecause without it how can anyone calculate. RegardsArun (askIITians forum expert)
According to relation between radius(R) of atom and mass number(A)R = R0A1/3R0 = fermi constant = 1.2 fermi. So mass number A = (2.5/1.2)3 = 9 amu.Hope it clears if still you have doubt you can ask me.If you like answer then please approve it.
